Admin Settings

Monitor System

  1. Log in to the SignNow Admin panel, and click Monitoring & Email Settings.
  2. Specify the following details:
    a. SignNow System Email Address – Enter the email address from which emails are to be sent by SignNow
    b. Alert Email Addresses – Enter a comma separated list of email addresses that are to receive SignNow monitoring emails.
    c. Firmware Space Warning Level – Enter the firmware space warning level; a warning email is sent to the Alert Email Addresses if firmware space reaches this level.
    d. Firmware Space Critical Level – Enter the firmware space critical level; a critical email is sent to the Alert Email Addresses if firmware space reaches this level.
    e. Document Space Warning Level – Enter the document space warning level; a warning email is sent to the Alert Email Addresses if document space reaches this level.
    f. Document Space Critical Level – Enter the document space warning level; a critical email is sent to the Alert Email Addresses if document space reaches this level.
    g. Email Queue Critical Level – Enter the maximum number of emails that can be queued before a critical warning message displays in the SignNow UI.
    h. Monitoring Check Interval – Specify, in minutes, how often to run a SignNow monitoring check.
  3. Click Save Settings to save your settings.

Check Job Queue Status

Background jobs are created and queued for features including bulk invites and events.

  1. Log in to the SignNow Admin panel, and click Job Queue Status.
  2. The table displays the following job queue details:
    a. Jobs Queued – Displays the number of jobs awaiting for processing.
    b. Orphan Jobs that Need to be Requeued – Displays the number of jobs awaiting requeuing.

Orphaned jobs are requeued nightly, or you can click Restart Job Queue to immediately restart the job queue.

c. Jobs Processed in the Last 24 Hours – Displays the number of jobs processed in the last 24 hour period.

  1. Click Restart Job Queue to immediately restart the job queue.

Update Firmware

Always run a backup prior to updating the SignNow Server firmware. Click Release Notes to view the SignNow Server release notes in a new browser window.

  1. Log in to the SignNow Admin panel, and click Firmware Update.
  2. Use the following sections to view and update firmware:
    a. Appliance Status – Displays the currently installed firmware details; .
    b. Download Firmware Update – Displays available firmware updates.
    c. Activate Offline Updates – If your SignNow Server is offline, contact SignNow Support for an activation code.
